Saback Dau & Bokel Lawyers started its activities in April 2015, under the concept of a boutique office, with a focus on capital markets, structured finance, investment funds, corporate law, regulatory, mergers and acquisitions and other related matters.

 

On November 2020, the partners Carla Saback Dau and Fernanda Bokel Cardoso took over the conduction of the office with the purpose of reinforcing our main objective: to offer highly specialized, personal and quality legal services.
